What to Expect
Each session is one-to-one and tailored to your needs. We’ll focus on compound lifts, free weights, resistance work and functional strength — starting with safe form and building steadily from there. Whether your goal is to lift heavier, tone up, improve bone density or boost performance in other sports, we’ll set a clear, realistic path.

You’ll get a proper plan, weekly progression, and the support to stick with it — all in a private gym setting where you can focus without pressure or distraction.
What You Need to Know Before Your First Session
If it’s your first time, come 15 minutes prior the session. There will be an induction session. We’ll start with a consultation to understand your goals and build the right plan from day one.
All sessions are adapted to your level — no lifting experience needed.
Wear comfortable, towel, upportive footwear and bring a full water bottle.
Training takes place in our fully equipped private gym in Gresham or at your home if preferred.
