Metcon 60 is our most intense conditioning session — a full 60 minutes of structured, sweat-drenched training designed to push your limits and fire up your metabolism. Whether you’re chasing fat loss, stamina or just love a challenge, this is the session that delivers. Short for metabolic conditioning, Metcon training blends strength, cardio and functional movement into powerful circuits that test endurance, power, and grit — all coached with purpose and tailored to your level.

What to Expect

It’s fast-paced, focused, and different every time — designed to break plateaus, build resilience and boost your fitness across the board. Expect to work hard, leave stronger, and come back hungry for more.

It can be accompanied by yawning. Stretching often occurs instinctively after waking from sleep, after long periods of inactivity, or after exiting confined spaces and areas. Increasing flexibility through stretching is one of the basic tenets of physical fitness. It is common for athletes to stretch before (for warming up) and after exercise in an attempt to reduce risk of injury and increase performance. Pre-exercise static stretching did in-fact reduce an individual’s overall muscular strength and maximal performance.

What You Need to Know Before Your First Session

Arrive Early

If it’s your first time, come 15 minutes prior the session. There will be an induction session.

Intensity to Suit

This session is suitable for all levels, but expect a challenge — we’ll adjust intensity to suit you.

What to Bring

Bring a full water bottle, towel and your best effort — it’s 60 minutes of serious work.

Safety Comes First

We’ll go through all movements with you beforehand — safety and form come first.
