From pad work and footwork to practical self-defence techniques, we’ll guide you step by step with expert coaching in a private, pressure-free setting.

What to Expect

Boxing sessions focus on technique, power and coordination — with drills to improve striking, movement and fitness. For those interested in self-defence, we’ll also cover situational awareness, basic escapes, and how to stay calm under pressure. It’s not about aggression — it’s about confidence and control.

All training is tailored to your ability, pace and comfort level. Sparring is always optional. Whether your goal is fitness, skill, or peace of mind, we’ll help you get there.

What You Need to Know Before Your First Session

Arrive Early

If it’s your first time, come 15 minutes prior the session. There will be an induction session.

No Experience Needed

No experience needed — we’ll walk you through everything at your own pace.

What to Bring

Gloves and pads are provided, but feel free to bring your own. If you have a gum shield already, please bring it along.
