What to Expect
You’ll work one-to-one with a coach to build your aerobic base, improve pacing and technique, and strengthen the muscles that support safe, efficient running. Sessions may include treadmill intervals, mobility circuits, strength work, hill drills and tailored recovery strategies — all adapted to your level and race date.

This isn’t just about running more — it’s about running better. Whether you’re building up from a couch-to-5K programme or preparing for the Norwich Half, you’ll get a clear plan, professional support, and real accountability.
What You Need to Know Before Your First Session
If it’s your first time, come 15 minutes prior the session. There will be an induction session.
We recommend a light carbohydrate snack so that you are full of energy.
Bring a bottle with you, you’ll be able to refill it on site.
Bring your running shoes, water bottle, and any recent race goals — and we’ll handle the rest.
