What to Expect
Expect structured, high-energy sessions that are tailored to your level — whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to sharpen existing skills. We’ll start with the fundamentals: stance, movement, striking technique and pad work. You’ll build coordination, fitness and power in a focused, supportive environment.

As your confidence grows, we’ll progress to more advanced combinations, footwork drills and optional conditioning challenges. Every session is adapted to you — no generic workouts, no pressure to perform. Just real kickboxing, proper coaching, and steady progress at your pace.
What you need to know before the class
If it’s your first session, please arrive 10–15 minutes early for a short induction and to chat about your goals.
Wear comfortable, breathable training gear and supportive footwear.
All gloves and pads are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own. If you have a gum shield, please bring it along.
Bring a bottle with you, you’ll be able to refill it on site.
Stay Dry – A towel is optional, but feel free to bring your own.
You can train at our private gym in Gresham, at your home, or even outdoors — just let us know what works best for you.
