What to Expect

We’ll combine compound lifts, glute activation, core stabilisation and mobility work into a structured session that builds strength and function. You’ll squat, hinge, lunge and brace with proper form and clear progression — using free weights, resistance bands, bodyweight drills and core-specific exercises.

This session is ideal for anyone wanting to improve performance, prevent injury, or focus on commonly neglected areas — and it pairs perfectly with personal training, running, or any full-body programme.

What You Need to Know Before Your First Session

Arrive Early

If it’s your first time, come 15 minutes prior the session. There will be an induction session.
