What to Expect

Expect a mix of bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, kettlebells, partner drills and short bursts of cardio — all designed to challenge your whole body and keep your heart rate up. The sand adds natural resistance and balance work, helping to build strength and stability with every movement.

Each session is adapted to suit different fitness levels, and no two bootcamps are the same. You’ll train hard, have fun, and leave feeling accomplished — all in one of the most beautiful workout settings you’ll find anywhere in the UK.

What You Need to Know Before Your First Session

Arrive Early

If it’s your first time, come 15 minutes prior the session. There will be an induction session.

Beach Location

Sessions typically take place early morning or early evening on selected beaches in North Norfolk including Cromer and Sheringham.

What to Wear

Wear weather-appropriate workout gear and trainers with good grip (or barefoot if you prefer).

What to Bring

Bring water, a towel, a roll mat (for beach sessions), and a sense of humour — this is hard work, but never taken too seriously.
