What You Need to Know Before Your First Session
If it’s your first time, come 15 minutes prior the session. There will be an induction session.
Mind and Muscle is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.
Bring a bottle — there’s water available to refill it. Wear comfortable training kit and bring water — no specialist equipment needed.
You’ll leave feeling worked, focused, and more connected to your body than when you arrived.
